A Little Something About Our Wines
If you are familiar with Vidrio, you know we pride ourselves on our Mediterranean dishes and unique cocktails, but also our wine selection. We have been open for four years now, and we have won a Wine Spectator Award for each year we have been open. Most recently, Vidrio has won a Best of Award of Excellence from Wine Spectator, which is awarded to restaurants who display significant vertical depth of top producers or substantial breadth across multiple winegrowing regions. There is truly a science behind our wine lists, and we ensure our staff is knowledgeable about our wines to help guide our guests on their selections.
The Art and Science of Building A Wine List
For Vidrio, we aim for our guests to have the opportunity to taste and explore new wines, whether you are a wine connoisseur and looking for something off the beaten path, or a beginner to the wine world. Our staff has a deep knowledge and can assist in recommending ones to try.
We offer a robust selections of bottled wines, in varying prices and variety, as well as 48 wines on tap to encourage exploration.
Wines on Tap
Our 48 wines on tap include a range of roses, reds and whites. If you’re interested in exploring something new – our wines on tap are the place to start. Our wines on tap are an easy and approachable way to explore new tastes without having to purchase an entire bottle.
Looking to do a wine tasting? Ask your server for what’s on feature with our seasonal wine flights. For $15, you’ll receive 3-3oz pours.
Every dish prepared by our Executive Chef, Saif Rahman, can easily be paired nicely with a bottle of wine from our over 300 bottle reserve. Our staff has extensive knowledge on the wines we offer in our cellar, and can make a recommendation on which to order to compliment your meal.
