Join us on a journey to Northern Italy to explore the historic and award-winning Italian wines of Gradis’ciutta winery, paired with a five-course dinner, prepared by Vidrio’s Executive Chef Jon Blackley. Wines will be presented by Tjasa Stehar Boltar, joining us from Gradis’ciutta Winery to speak to the local traditions and harvesting of varieties handed down from generations.
