Downtown Raleigh Restaurant Week is coming up starting Monday, August 12 and running through Sunday, August 18. Vidrio has prepared a wonderful menu that showcases our best, and most flavorful dishes for our guests to enjoy.
A Dedication to Seasonal and Local Ingredients
If you haven’t had the joy of dining with us before, Downtown Restaurant Week is the perfect opportunity to make a reservation and join us for dinner. In fact, large groups are encouraged so each of you can experience the bold, Mediterranean flavors on our menu and share that experience together. Each and every item on our menu is carefully prepared, using a combination of seasonal, local and imported specialties with the goal of introducing new flavors that one may not have experienced before.
Bold Flavors of the Mediterranean
We take inspiration from cooking techniques and dishes from many countries in the Mediterranean – ranging from the more familiar – Spain, Italy, and Greece, – to less familiar cuisine from Croatia and Lebanon, of many others. it’s part of the joy we have to introduce new flavor profiles to our Raleigh community and extend beyond just a focus on one country or region.
