Herb Mix Greens with radishes, shallots, Parmesan, sourdough crouton, and champagne vinaigrette
Roasted Chicken with roasted grapes, green olives, grilled lemon, and truffle essence
Heirloom Carrots Tahini yogurt, pistachios, and mint
Roasted Cabbage with garlic confit, rouille, and dukkah
Baklava – rose gelee, rose petals, baklava filling, and honeycomb

Tahini Hummus zaatar, pickled cherries, fresh herbs, and pita
Moroccan Beef Skewers harissa yogurt
Honey-Coriander Glazed Duck Breast with warm root vegetables and cherry black garlic sauce
Roasted Acorn Squash toasted spices, pickled onion, and barrel aged feta
Heirloom Carrots Tahini yogurt, pistachios, and mint
Chocolate Tart– espresso macarons, brown butter ice cream, and almond praline
