Triangle Blvd is switching it up this year with the 2021 annual Triangle Restaurant Week. This year, Triangle Blvd introduces, Triangle Restaurant Week: Take Out Edition.

Eat in or Out

With the trend of so many people working and eating more at home, Triangle Restaurant Week makes it convenient for residents of the Triangle to still participate and support local restaurants from the comfort of their home. So whether you are comfortable eating out with our extensive sanitizing, social distancing, and mask wearing, or prefer to eat in your own dining room, you can enjoy savory Mediterreanean dishes whichever location you choose.

How to Participate

Triangle Restaurant Week runs from January 25 through January 31. Vidrio will be offering a specially crafted menu from Executive Chef, Saif Rahman, that will be available both in the restaurant, or for Take Out and delivery.

Choice 1 – The Cyprus

Tahini Hummus with Zaatar, pickled cherries, herbs

Roasted chicken with roasted grapes, green olives, and herbs

Roasted Cabbage with Rouille, dukkah, and confit garlic

Choice 2 – The Gascony

Herb Mix Greens with radishes, sourdough croutons, and parmesan

Chicken Leg confit with burned onion Jus, pickled mustard, and herbs

Heirloom Carrots with Tahini Yogurt, pistachio and mint

Choice 3 – The Antalya

Roasted beets lebneh, shallots, herbs, and sunflower seeds

Grilled hanger steak with grilled green onion, and black garlic sauce

Roasted Acorn Squash with Toasted Spices, pickled onion and feta

How to Order

Ordering is easy, by either calling the restaurant at 919.803.6033 to place your take out order, or you can order online directly on our website here. 

Curbside pick up is also available during opening hours, 5pm-10pm. Just give us a call when you arrive, and we’ll bring out your order.
