Join us for a week-long Mediterranean escape to explore some new dishes during the Summer Triangle Restaurant Week! Triangle Restaurant Week runs from June 6 through June 12. Vidrio will be offering a specially crafted menu from Executive Chef, Saif Rahman, that will be available along with our regular dinner menu. Our Triangle Restaurant Week menu is designed for a group to share, therefore we request the entire table participates in selections from the menu. Triangle Restaurant Week features are available for DINE IN only.

Charred Octopus with braised lima beans, arugula, chorizo vinaigrette

Moroccan Beef Skewers harissa yogurt

House Made Fettuccine with bacon cream sauce, poached egg, and parmesan

Seared Cast Iron Salmon with Tuscan cream sauce and spinach

Lamb Tagine with crispy shallots, apricots, pistachio and mint

Mushroom Risotto with seasonal squash, truffle butter, and hazelnuts

NY Strip with whiskey mustard, braised shallots, and crispy leeks
