Join us for a week-long Mediterranean escape to explore some new dishes during the Winter Triangle Restaurant Week! Triangle Restaurant Week runs from January 24 through January 30. Vidrio will be offering a specially crafted menu from Executive Chef, Saif Rahman, that will be available along with our regular dinner menu. Our Triangle Restaurant Week menu is designed for a group to share, therefore we request the entire table participates in selections from the menu.

Cast Iron Seared Salmon Tuscan cream sauce, sundried tomatoes, spinach, citrus salad

Coq Au Vin chicken leg & thigh, pomme puree, mirepoix

Lamb Tagine crispy shallots, apricots, pistachio, mint

Beignets powdered sugar, lemon curd
