Our ricotta whipped/Heirloom tomatoes/ eggplant caviar/ fines herbs/Vrisi 36 Greek olive oil

 Local harvest beef tartare/ Kibi Nayyeh flavors/ grilled scallion/radish/ mint churri

Crispy day boat octopus/fingerling potato/ Cerignola olive/ chili /oregano

 Course two (choose one of the following)

Puffed Eggplant agnolotti/charred pimento brodo/ cured tomato/ cippolini

Calabrian chili rubbed pork rack/slow roasted/ smoked carrots/ grilled Treviso

Crisp chicken/ coal-roasted summer vegetables/labneh/ date-tamarind glaze

Red trout/ fire-roasted/ toasted quinoa/ herb salad/ sesame/ sumac/ salted lemon

Course three (choose one of the following)

Blueberry cake/shortcake crumble/buttermilk gelato
