Burgers + Burgundy at Vidrio in the Fiera Lounge

We are excited to announce Burgers + Burgundy – a restaurant within a restaurant. Katsuji Tanabe of Top Chef fame launches a premium burger concept in our Fiera Lounge at Vidrio. Burgers + Burgundy will be open Thursday 5 – 10pm, Friday & Saturday 5 – 11pm. Takeout & Delivery is also available!

Burgers + Burgundy will be completely exclusive to our Fiera Lounge. Our menu is filled with decadent burgers, fries, boozy cocktail floats, as well as an impressive list of Burgundy wines to complement your meal. The richness of these premium burgers will pair deliciously with the high acidity of a Burgundy wine.

Chef Katsuji brings you burgers with the highest quality of products. All burgers are made with a mix of short rib brisket chuck at 7oz, and a beautifully toasted brioche bun made locally in Raleigh from Union Special.  Each topped with their own special, premium toppings.   • Gold Label
    • Thick slice of beefsteak tomato, home-made pickles, cheddar cheese and garlic aioli.
  • Blue Label 
    • Arugula, onion bacon jam, Cabrales blue cheese, and garlic aioli
  • Black Label
    • Onion bacon jam, Emmental cheese, Truffle & Foie Gras demi glace, and garlic aioli.

You know you have to top it all off with a cocktail. We’re bringing you exclusive boozy cocktail floats. These beautiful cocktails are meant to be savored.

  • Pretty in Pink
    • St. Germain, Deep Eddy Vodka, Aperol, House-made rhubarb syrup, lemon juice, Prosecco Rosé, over strawberry ice cream, fresh strawberries.
  • Going Nuts
    • Rhum Barbencourt, Frangelico Hazelnut Liqueur, Amaro Montenegro, Averna, house bitters blend, cream soda, over toasted vanilla ice cream, allspice shortbread cookie, grated hazelnut.
  • Late Night
    • Grind espresso shot liqueur, Deep Eddy Vodka, cold brew espresso, demerara, over vanilla ice cream, fresh ground espresso, baby mint.
